Benefits of God’s Wisdom

When we use wisdom to describe someone we usually think of a person well along in age that has garnered years of experience and knowledge over time. Yet Solomon was about 20 years old when he became king, and was the wisest man that lived on earth, apart from Jesus.
Divine wisdom from God supersedes all earthly wisdom by far. In fact, Proverbs 16:16 says, “How much better to get wisdom than gold, to get insight rather than silver!” So how do we attain wisdom?
Ask God for Wisdom
Attaining divine wisdom fortunately does not require us to climb a high mountain, live like a monk, or even study for years. James 1:5 says, “If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.” Wow, that sounds too easy! Yes, we just need to ask our gracious heavenly Father who loves us and is ready to give us what we ask for in Jesus’ name. But there is a caution. Keep reading in James and we are warned that if we ask but doubt, we will not receive. So activate faith when you ask and trust God to grant you wisdom.
Start by Fearing God
We are told in Proverbs 9:10 that, “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.” Reverent fear calls us to respect, honor and obey God, putting Him first in our life and work at all times. Attaining ‘knowledge of the Holy One’ likewise comes from spending time in His Word. The Bible is the greatest source of knowledge ever written, because it was inspired by the Holy Spirit.
Reap the Benefits
You can read directly some of the benefits of wisdom as recorded in the book of Proverbs:
“Long life is in her right hand; in her left hand are riches and honor.” (Proverbs 3:16)
“Do not forsake wisdom, and she will protect you; love her, and she will watch over you.” (Proverbs 4:6)
“Counsel and sound judgment are mine; I have insight, I have power.” (Proverbs 8:14)
“With me are riches and honor, enduring wealth and prosperity.” (Proverbs 8:18)
God desires to bless us in all aspects of life, including our work. Let’s pursue God’s wisdom and reap the benefits.

AI Data Centers

AI Data Centers have been a buzz in the news the last couple years with massive investments being made to support the growth of AI. So what are they? Why the need? What are their impacts? Let’s explore in this week’s article….
What are AI Data Centers and Why Needed?
Data centers have been around for some time and have grown about 5x in the last two decades. Most of the growth was driven by the digital transformation of businesses and the migration of data storage and processing towards cloud computing instead of on premise.
Consider how many applications you use that are hosted on the cloud and accessed via the Internet, including storage of documents, photos and videos, which previously resided on local hard drives. Hyperscale data center providers are ones that operate massive data centers globally, they include Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft and Google.
In recent years, the build out of AI specialized data centers has accelerated due to the need for massive computation centers required to train and run AI models, such as GPT, Deepseek, Grox, Gemini etc. These AI optimized data centers contain vast amounts of TPUs (tensor processing units) and GPUs (graphics processing units) - products specialized and dominated by industry leader Nvidia, with over 90% market share.
Costly
A large AI data center can house 30,000 or more of these GPUs.
When you consider the cost of these GPUs range from $10-40K each, you can see why data centers cost several $100M and even in the $Billions, in the case of the largest being built by Microsoft in Wisconsin next year. It is projected to consume 1.2 million square feet and cost $3.3B!
President Trump's executive order this past July was a strategic statement of US commitment and investment in becoming the world leader in AI data centers. AI data center investments globally are projected to be $7 Trillion by 2030.
Power Hungry
Besides the cost of the hardware infrastructure, AI data centers require an enormous amount of power to operate them. I was blown away to learn from my son that handles them daily, that a single GPU can consume 500-700 Watts in full operation! That’s equivalent to running all the lights in your home, if they’re LED. Multiply that by an entire data center and you are looking at the power needed for an entire small town. It is estimated that 6% of all US energy will go towards data centers by 2026.
Powering AI - Small Module Reactors: Check out our past article on small module reactors (SMR) as a potential solution for powering AI data centers if you missed it.
Putting this into perspective, I marvel at the stat I heard that the human brain only runs on about 20W of power. Wow, God created us to be highly intelligent and efficient!
Reflection
One of my favorite chapters in the Bible is Psalm 139, which I highly encourage you to read in full sometime. It reminds us of how God knit us together in our mother’s womb and how we are fearfully and wonderfully made - I would add ‘intelligently’ also, like an AI datacenter :-)
“I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.”
Financial Update
Investing in AI Data Centers

As we just shared an introduction above on AI Data Centers and their importance, many people want to invest in AI — but here’s the problem: picking the “right” AI company is extremely challenging.
Most of the breakthroughs are happening inside large firms like Microsoft, Google, or NVIDIA, or in tiny startups that aren’t even public yet. Unless you’re deep inside the industry, it’s hard to know which company will win.
But here’s the good news: instead of guessing which AI product or company will succeed, you can invest in the infrastructure AI runs on — the data centers.
Think of AI as a car race. The companies building AI models are the drivers. The cars are the AI algorithms. But none of it works without the racetrack. Data centers are the racetracks of AI.
Why It’s Safer Than Picking AI Stocks
Steady demand: Tech companies can’t launch new AI products without renting or building more data center space.
Long-term contracts: Many data centers sign multi-year leases, which creates more stable cash flow.
Physical necessity: No matter which AI company “wins,” all of them need data centers.
This means investors don’t have to bet on one company’s success. Instead, you’re betting on the entire AI movement — because every model, big or small, needs somewhere to run.
How to Invest in AI Data Centers (Even as a Beginner)
Look at Data Center REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts).
These are public companies that own and lease data centers. Two of the biggest are Equinix (EQIX) and Digital Realty (DLR). Buying their stock gives you exposure to the AI data center boom.Explore ETFs (Exchange-Traded Funds).
ETFs group multiple data center and digital infrastructure companies into one investment. This spreads out risk. Examples include funds focused on digital infrastructure or technology REITs.Watch the Basics.
Even as a beginner, there are four things you can check:
Power capacity (does the center have enough electricity for AI expansion?)
Occupancy rates (are the centers mostly full?)
Customer mix (are big names like Amazon or Google renting there?)
Growth plans (are they expanding to meet AI demand?)
Decide your comfort level.
If you like single stocks - look at large REITs.
If you want diversification - go with an ETF.
If you’re a high-net-worth or accredited investor, private equity funds sometimes offer direct investments in new centers.
“How much better to get wisdom than gold! To get understanding is to be chosen rather than silver.”
There’s no arguing whether or not AI will have a role to play in the shaping of our future, but picking the next winning AI company is like gambling.
Instead, consider investing in the infrastructure every AI company depends on. Data centers are growing fast, backed by long-term contracts, and provide a more predictable way to ride the AI wave.

Benefits of Eating Meats

For so long, we were told not to eat too much meat because it was not good for us and would lead to heart disease. But what they would not tell us is that eating meats from organic grass-fed and pasture-raised animals provide much better health benefits to us, such as:
Higher HDL-cholesterol
Balanced triglycerides
Less reliance on diabetes medications
Red meat such as beef, lamb, goat, poultry, buffalo, and venison, is an excellent source of high-quality protein (helps to build body organs, muscles, nerves and repairing tissues) and essential nutrients; and is also a potent source of steric acid.
Steric Acid is a saturated fat that helps with weight loss and mitochondrial function and does not contribute to heart disease.
Another interesting fact is that grass-fed cows reduce greenhouse gas emissions and improve pasture ecosystems (an interesting subject to be introduced in another newsletter ;>)).
What about chicken? Connect with a local chicken farmer who farms pasture-raised chickens and eggs for optimal nutritional benefits as they contain twice the amount of vitamin E, and 38 percent more vitamin A, than store bought eggs from commercial hens, and double the total omega-3 fatty acids. When shopping for eggs, look for a label that says certified organic or pasture-raised.
Eating animal meat more than once or twice a week brings a host of benefits to your plate. Don’t just reserve a good piece of grass-fed filet mignon for a special occasion. Every day is a special occasion to enjoy what God is providing for us.
“I will provide grass in the fields for your cattle, and you will eat and be satisfied.”
